What will you be doing?
The Ad Operation Manager supports the advertising sales team and business development team to maximize revenue and enhance client relationships. In this role you will be working directly with our Account Management, Publisher Relations and Sales teams to manage our clients day-to-day servicing needs. This position is a combination of ad trafficking, utilizing an affiliate marketing ad-serving solution, as well as campaign management.
What will your responsibilities be?
Trafficking and optimizing direct response online advertising campaigns running on our affiliate network
Operate an affiliate ad-serving system to execute and deliver on campaign targets and budget
Implement (upload and QA) advertising creative
Effectively balance profit and margin to maximize company revenue
Communicate with internal Sales, Account Management teams, and Offer Product team.
Work with Creative team
What are the required skills for this position?
At least 2 years of experience in Advertising Online Marketing
Mastery of basic online direct response marketing principles
At least 2 years experience in using affiliate ad serving systems
You must be an excel Wizard! Ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and else everything related to Excel 2007
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media a plus
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
BA/BS or equivalent
