What will you be doing?
The Ad Operation Manager supports the online advertising sales team and business development team to maximize revenue and enhance client relationships. In this role you will be working directly with our Account Management, Publisher Relations and Sales teams to manage our clients day-to-day servicing needs. This position is a combination of ad trafficking, utilizing Yield Manager ad-server, as well as campaign management.
Operate the ad-serving system to execute and deliver on campaign targets and budget
Optimize campaigns performance based on reporting results
Manage day-to-day servicing needs of clients including campaign trafficking, reporting, and follow up with any additional requests
Implement (upload and QA) advertising creative
Effectively balance profit and margin to maximize company revenue
Communicate with internal Sales, Account Management teams, and Offer Product team
Work with Creative team to create effective banner ads and landing pages for advertisers' campaigns
What are the required skills for this position?
At least 2 years of experience in Online Advertising Marketing
Mastery of basic online direct response marketing principles
At least 2 years experience using Yahoo's ad-serving system (Yield manager)
Knowledge and experiencing using the UI and feature set of Yield manager ad-serving system
Advanced knowledge of direct response optimization
You must be an excel Wizard! Ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and else everything related to Excel 2007
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media a plus
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
BA/BS or equivalent
